This 3-bedroom beach cottage is neat and clean and offers a large eat-in kitchen, a master bedroom with a private bath and a superior location with direct beach access a block and a half away at the end of the street. A grocery, coffee shop, restaurants and shops are all within walking distance and with no major roads to cross. The living area and kitchen have tongue-and-groove paneling and the bedrooms have sheet paneling. The baths are drywall. Under the house is a store room, a utility room with the washer and dryer and water heater, an outside shower with changing area, and a fish cleaning table. The owners have consistently upgraded and replaced items in the home as necessary: The exterior was painted with Sherwin Williams Duration Paint in 2012 and the front deck and benches were replaced 2010-12. The heat pump was replaced in late 2010 for the 2011 season and the roof was replaced in 2004 with Architectural shingles, a highly desired upgrade in our coastal environment. The washer and dryer were replaced in 2012 and 2010, respectively, and the water heater in 2011. The range and microwave were replaced in 2006. The owners limit the weeks the cottage is available for rentals and enjoy it themselves during the summer, so income could be increased. This is all about the location and a lovingly maintained cottage to enjoy as is or update to your own taste on your own timetable.
